POLICIES

Each appointment requires a $50 deposit. Deposits can be paid via PayPal, Debit or Credit card.
Remaining balance is paid day of service - cash, Debit card, PayPal or Venmo.
Late fee is assessed at 30 min late; appointment may be canceled (PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU WILL BE LATE).
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. (Deposit can transfer once with proper notice)
Failure to communicate to reschedule your appointment will result in banning from future appointments.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

All services include shampoo, hair extensions & a complimentary snack & water. (Include hair color when booking)
Sundays, early morning, late evening & last minute appts (booking within 48 hours of date/time needed) are an additional $50. (Message to request)
Please provide correct Legal Name, email & phone number to receive booking confirmation.
No guests at appointments unless staying with a child 12 & under.

Please book a consultation with me if you have short hair, damaged hair, hair/scalp problems, very dense/thick hair, very long hair, etc.
Hair must 3 inches long to be serviced.
Shampoo, condition, detangle & blow out is included with every service. Notify me if you prefer to shampoo your hair, I will provide a discount.
Pictures and videos may be taken of your hair-please notify me if this is an issue.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick.

Lengths listed are bob, mid back & waist length (send note when booking if you would like a longer length. (Butt length, knee length, etc. is extra)
1 bundle/pack is used for goddess/boho curls, if you would like extra curls, please send a note when booking.

Service times are listed and are accurate. Sometimes appointments may take a little less time or sometimes it may take a little more time depending on hair type, texture, length, etc. Please be patient.

Custom ombre' or mixing colors is $25 extra for two colors, $30 for three colors, $35 for four colors.
Virgin/Human hair curls for goddess/boho braids are $70/extra per bundle or you can bring your own bundles.
For sensitive scalp, please inquire about pre wash of braiding hair.
